Joint Land Use permits can be obtained through on-line application at www.afognak.com or by contacting the NOK office directly.

NOK Land Development

NOK Land Development

As part of its Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act entitlement, NOK received title to lands at the North and South ends of the City of Kodiak. NOK is presently developing these lands as master planned subdivisions. Development of NOK's Shoonami Subdivision is subject to completion of land remediation and NOK's Spruce Cape Subdivision, Phase 1 development of 42 single-family lots was completed in 2003. Phase 2 development of an additional 20 single-family housing lots was completed in 2004.

NOK shareholders were provided first opportunity to obtain lots in both Phase 1 and Phase 2 developments.

NOK Land Management

As demonstrated in the photo at right, NOK is dedicated to progressive management of its lands including professional reforestation to ensure healthy, productive lands for future generations of shareholders to enjoy.
